Very friendly and profesional staff. We were treated like kaisers ;) Great dinners, compliments to the cook. Very very delicious breakfasts and dinners, truly top. The chef greeted us at the table every evening.Very nice view of the lake. Very comfortable bed and a peaceful night's sleep. Hotel has plenty of parking space, warm heated rooms, great wifi speed and a lift. Fine starting point for all ski places arround: BKK, Turacher, Katschberg, Moelltal, Goldeck, Gerlitzen... and winter swimming pool in the same city nearby.We will be back.

We had exceptional customer service even before we arrived at Hotel Alexanderhof as we were offered a cold dinner as we weren't going to arrive until after the end of dinner serving. We were welcomed by Lucas who was friendly and informative. The room was comfy with amazing views, the buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. The pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn an added bonus. All staff were friendly. The decor felt very Austrian, which we appreciated as visitors from the UK, the whole experience was exceptional, we were sad to leave

Lovely quiet place to stay in. House with beautiful surroundings, room was spacious and clean, plus very comfortable. We really liked the possibility to play mini golf. Host was very friendly, offered us coffee in the morning and allowed us to stay in the private beach area next to lake after our check out as well, which we really appreciated. What also wowed us was the large greenery around and even on the buildings.

Almost everything. Indoor pool is small but there were no guests beside my kids so they loved it. Room big and cozy. Very nice kids playroom, exterior and outdoor playground for the kids. We would like to come back in the spring/summer season.
