Hotels with Pools in Xirdalan

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

We came to Baku for Formula 1 and stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Camilla at the reception — she was wonderful! Everyone was polite, attentive and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, so we didn’t really need assistance, but the staff was always nice and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty, but the choice was almost exactly the same every morning. There were around 10 breakfast items, such as sausages, omelette, fried eggs, etc., but during our 3 days of breakfast, only one item changed. For example, the main dish was spaghetti one day, then it changed to pilaf, and the next day it was spaghetti again, followed by pilaf again. A little more variety would be nice for guests staying several nights. One thing to keep in mind is that the TV is an older model, so there is no YouTube, Netflix or other streaming apps. There are local channels, plus some English nature channels and Russian nature/movie channels. The room and hotel were very clean — 10/10 for cleanliness! Thank you to the whole hotel team for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here!

Specially I like staff behavior they all are cooperative and help me during early morning check in and aslo late check out without any extra charges. That's why all staff are cooperative.

The location, the room and above all the staff of the hotel. The staff was courteous and always thrre to solve any issue that you may face. They truly know how to extend amazing customer service particularly Mr.Seymur, one of their reception staff, who arranged for our trip to Gabala and made sure everyting was perfect all along the way and coordinating with our driver to ensure our trip remains smooth. All in, a perfecg place to stay with your family and create memories of a life time.
