I recently had the pleasure of staying at a B&B, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the person at the reception made me feel welcomed and valued. Although I regretfully forgot his name, his professionalism and helpfulness were truly outstanding. Throughout my stay, he was my go-to person for any inquiries or assistance I needed. Whether it was booking spa treatments, arranging for a hire car, or seeking recommendations for local attractions to visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His knowledge of the area and willingness to assist made him an invaluable resource during my stay. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service and friendly demeanor. His contributions significantly enhanced my overall experience at the B&B, and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to others based on his outstanding customer service alone. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Location is excellent not very far from the Centre and airport - friendly and helpful staff across the board - good food - very pretty site especially the pool areas and inner restaurant ambience excellent

We enjoyed the dinner, and the availability and readiness of Hotel staff to attend to our requests

beautiful, hidden away and close to airport, staff were excellent!

Everything was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was exactly as pictured. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel , lots of greenery in the middle of the city.

Location, staff and facilities

The swimming pool, the staff, my room.

Great location excellent Carpaccio. The place is teeming with birdlife and lizards. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Calmness , cleanness, availability

Overall experience was good. Although I reached very late at night, but stil the staff was helpful. It was little hard in the beginng to locate the place but finally i got to the property

The door of the shower was not okay

Exeptionally clean and well decorated, with cosy rooms and beautful areas in the hotel. I also appreciated the free pickup at 3am.

Easy to find. Good hot water / shower . WiFi very good. Pool a decent size and well maintained . It’s next to a clinic so always taxis available , breakfast ok. And optional for a price.

The Lepic is a very beautiful, stylish hotel with a wonderful garden and pool in a very peaceful, but very central location! The furniture and design are very beautiful, with many paintings, objects of art, etc. The location is perfect, very peaceful and at the same time very close to Plateau and other places of interest. Staff is very nice and was very flexible on check-out time. And I could even store some of my luggage for a few days there which was very helpful! Thank you again for the kindness and flexibility! A highlight is definitely the wonderful, peaceful garden with the beautiful pool! I highly recommend!

An oasis in the city. Green, cool, relaxing. Good value for money much more charm than a big chain.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff so helpful.

The place, the pool, the staff, the studio, the reception, the smiles
