It was just perfect. From minute 1 until i left, we were treated like family. JEAN-MARC and his staff were always around. Nothing was too much. Organised taxis, airport pick-ups , everything. A friend in a faraway place. I had the deluxe suite. Huge lounge, kitchenette, balcony, toilet, tv, shoer AND A BIG BATH!! ThY habe small and usefup food and drinks selection and are super flexible about when you want it. Breakfast..inside or outside..was huge and tasty. There is a lovely pool and some shaded seating areas for chilling or eating. Wifi is om. It came and went a bit, but never for too long. It was clean. The bedcomfy. I would never go anywhere else in Abidjan. Jean-Marc knows how to make one feel at home. 10/10 from me. Bravo.

Access to the pool and fitness room was great. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. The property was super clean. I forgot a wallet in the room and the staff was able to recover and keep it for a colleague to pick it up and return it to me, very respectable.

A really lovely choice for my families 1st trip to Abidjan. This hotel offers beautifully spacious/clean rooms where everyone can settle in comfortably. The pool area is especially inviting and perfect for a relaxed afternoon together and to cool down. Breakfast each morning is fresh and plentiful, with something for everyone to enjoy. What truly makes the stay feel special is the warm, welcoming staffs and manger of hotel , who are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure everything feels just right.

I booked this hotel because the rooms looked spacious and comfortable and they really were. The room was big, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant. The pool area looks beautiful, though unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because it closes at 5 PM. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, although the coffee wasn’t great. The waiters were friendly and provided excellent service, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming, which gave a great first impression. There’s a malls and a few restaurants nearby, the hotel is currently surrounded by construction. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service and clean rooms, but the early pool closing time and a few unnecessary restrictions make it less convenient for tourists visiting Abidjan.

Good location, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was ok despite the reviews, they even had coffee machine. It is not superb but according to the value for money. The hotel looks like an old building, has flowers and greenery, swimming pool, table tennis. Wi-fi was ok for social media, didn't use it for different thing.

CROISSANTS BETTER THAN PARIS! The breakfast is exceptional, especially given that it comes with the price of the room. The best croissants _ yes, even better than Paris. Crusty baguettes. Freshly made orange juice and fruit salad. Delicious papaya or mango. Softly scrambled eggs. A CORNER OF TROPICAL TRANQUILLITY A sumptuously tropical garden with bright blue swimming pool. A real haven. And everything worked: electricity, air-conditioning, hot water. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

The location is good, if you work at Abidjan Plateau. The room was really nice, the design, the colors, everything. The seventh floor with the swimming pool and two bars invites you to sit and spend time. The payments can be done by card or there is also an ATM downstairs.
