We originally booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the location between the Lakes District and Santiago. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem of a place. We loved touring the grounds and visiting the museum with Franz.

They stored my bag for free for several nights. I dropped it early in the morning and I picked it up when I checked in later for a night. I give it 10/10 for that.

The Room was very nice in size and appliences, we were at the 8th floor so a very nice view of the city too. Staff was very friendly and the location was great, many places to go near the hotel. There was also a little park in front with activities when we were there. Totally recommended.
