Our stay was awesome! I love the hotel and everywhere you looked was beautiful. The staff were awesome and special mention for Diego the manager and also Juan our waiter in the restaurant. Juan chose local wine for us and recomended where we could travel around in the area. He was such an awesome waiter and we absolutely loved everything about the place. I was sad to leave!

Everything was great including the staff. We particularly liked the excellent breakfast and the outdoor seating area in the courtyard and the secure free parking.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, consistently ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the place exuded a tranquil vibe, making our brief visit immensely enjoyable. close to the centre, bus terminal (5 -10 minute walk) and cafes etc. Friendly helpful staff, a nice basic breakfast, good bathroom, shower (takes a while for hot water to come on but when it does it's plentiful.) quiet and good for nights sleep. Got a garden area out the back with seats to relax and a pool table as well.A nice base for a few days in Vicuna.
