This hotel exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place to unwind after a long trip around Colombia. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. They even offer a convenient WhatsApp service for any questions or to pre-book meals, which adds a thoughtful touch to the experience. Speaking of meals, the food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they helped us in many ways and went above and beyond. We stayed here for one night before going into Tayrona, the bus stops outside and is quick and easy to get there plus we were able to leave our bags here. The food here is also really good and is a big portion so good value for money, also recommend the lemonades very tasty!

We had an unforgettable stay in this house deep in the jungle! The house is simply stunning, perfect for anyone looking for a slice of paradise away from the daily grind. The surrounding nature is incredible, and every corner exudes a sense of peace and tranquility. But what truly makes this experience even more special are the hosts: Juliette was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Always smiling and ready to give us tips on things to do in the area. And then there’s Tinto, the dog: a sweet and affectionate companion who made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, with every little detail taken care of. If you’re looking for an authentic experience and warm hospitality, this is the place to be!

We loved our stay here. Very clean room and room service was very fast and the food was delicious. Deymer the manager was very accommodating. I had left my passport in my room after I left for Santa Marta and he organised a taxi to drop it to my new hostel. Excellent stay at Buricata Hostel and I would definitely recommend. Also, free coffee!
