The staff was so sincere that it almost felt like we were staying over at the home of our family friends. The Mosers are lovely people, and they've turned this beautiful hotel into a relaxing and warming experience. This is a lovely hotel with a splendid 360-degree scenic view of the surrounding forests and villages. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff was always smiling and attentive. The heated outdoor pool offers detachment from the weather conditions, and the wellness area adds to it with peace of mind it provides. I definitely recommend it to anyone who's planning on enjoying a trip to Schwarzwald.
