Very nice resort with many options

We happen to be there for their yearly party which included entertainment, outdoor buffet, and fireworks! Most staff was great, check in was a little iffy... felt bad for the new guy Brian who was trying to explain fees but had no idea what he was talking about... Supervisor Fanny could have been more helpful.

We ended up with VIP bracelet experience, which was the best!!! Food possibly the most delicious I ever had at any all inclusive. The Brazilian restaurant was so cool, we had reservations every night at one of their sit down restaurants. All the buffets were stellar. Our Junior Suite had a beautiful kitchen for cooking, and our hammock at Presidential Suites on the deck was the most comfortable I've ever laid in. I asked for olive oil for special diet from the cook at the buffet omelette bar, the cook was like no problem and got little packets from the back to cook my omelette for me. The foam party was a blast for all ages at Tropical Pool, with music we all loved! Staff is super nice & helpful. There are so many pool areas and beach areas and cabanas to find and hang out at. The resort is one gorgeous piece of arcitecture. One night at Confresi we had these light up headsets that I thought how cool for all ages to dance to & enjoy, something unique for kids & teens. The vendors have beautiful items for sale & are super friendly! Found a beautiful beach coverup, and I am an XXL😊😊Don't miss the casino where they have nachos & fresh popcorn all day, once they open and until close. There is a little dessert bar/Cafe down by the Colliseum theatre (entertainers also not to be missed). The desserts are eye popping & mouth watering in this little tucked away cafe, located beside the walk of overhanging bright umbrellas. Do not miss at least one of these yummy desserts, followed by a fresh morning cafe latte. The drinks are definitely not watered down at the bars:) Love their Bailey's on ice and caesars. There is a beautiful hidden gem bar located adjacent to the cafe. Pull back the chain curtain onto the pool deck, and be astounded by an oasis where anyone would definitely want to take some pool bridal party photos!

Before visiting this resort, I must admit that I had read some negative reviews that made me a little nervous. However, my husband and I decided to give it a chance, and what a wonderful surprise! Our experience was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. I have had the opportunity to stay at numerous hotels in both the Dominican Republic and the United States, so I know how to recognize good service, comfort, and quality. This resort certainly left us with a wonderful impression. Our room was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and cozy. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy our vacation. The staff deserves special recognition! Everyone was cheerful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to provide excellent service. Their positive attitude made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences. Another wonderful feature was the shuttle transportation and the opportunity to visit other beautiful hotels within the resort complex. Being able to explore different facilities added tremendous value to our experience and made our vacation even more enjoyable. I consider myself a very demanding and detail-oriented traveler. I appreciate quality, but I am also someone who speaks up when something needs improvement. That is why I believe it is equally important to recognize excellence when it is deserved. My husband and I were absolutely delighted! We left with beautiful memories and a genuine desire to return. To anyone considering staying here, I would say: don’t let negative reviews discourage you from discovering this resort for yourself. Every experience is different, and ours was truly wonderful. Congratulations to the management and the entire staff for their dedication and hospitality. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort!

Clean, nice, big apartment. Breakfast tasty.

Solange was amazing at helping us make booking and generally get organised. Mayelin at the Ocean Bar was a delight! She served drinks but also helped us bring the Party atmosphere to the coast. She was a skilled drinkologist and has a really genuine love of people.

A beautiful mountain retreat. Excellent service by wonderful people. DO IT
