Acceptable hotel, near the airport, restaurants and a mall. It has seen better years and could need a modernisation. It is more 50th style, now this also gives the hotel some charme, but should be modernised, especially the room floors and bathrooms tend to not be what one would expect. I know the hotel since years, some rooms are better then others, yet at my stay my room has been clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A big plus is the big outdoor swimming pool (open only during summer season), which is really a pleasant feature.

breakfast was very good and the buffet lunch and dinner was delicious too. the kitchen , cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful . i enjoyed the tourist shop inside the hotel too. special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful and organised the navette from and to the airport. front desk reception helped me with all my requests including printing some doccuments. they were very professional and spoke multiple languages. well done and thank you for great service. even the hotel cat on the patio was very friendly and i enjoyed the company.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. What stood out most was the excellent service. Mr. Siyad was especially kind and attentive. He noticed that my son wanted to go to the pool, even though it was still closed. Without us even asking, he went out of his way to open the pool for us and made sure another employee brought us towels. That level of care is rare these days. It was wonderful to see staff truly going the extra mile for their guests. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant — we would be happy to come back.
