Two main things made my stay perfect: ​1. Service and staff ​From the moment I walked in the door until check-out, the staff was simply amazing. They are exceptionally professional, courteous and welcoming. They were always there to help with a smile, and gave the feeling of a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was spotless – you can see that they pay attention to every little detail.

This hotel surprised us for several reasons: breakfast with a good variety and some typical Estonian items; The room was comfortable, with an incredible view, modern, great space, and the bathtub was an amazing plus to relax after long walks; The rooftop pool impressed us, it was heated, covered, and had jets for massaging, as well as clean towels at will. A special touch: at the hotel reception, they provided delicious Estonian chocolates for guests! Before the trip: we contacted the hotel through chat and asked if our room category could have the possibility of having a bathtub. They promptly replied that they would do their best to accommodate us, and they were incredible! This made our trip much more magical and special because of how they took care of us at this hotel! Arrival: We arrived by ship in the morning, and yet the reception staff allowed us to check in earlier, right upon our arrival. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And would stay here again! Location: It's located in front of a shopping mall and a market. It's about a 20-minute walk from the ship port and about an 8-minute walk to the old town.

Hotel Regent Tallinn is a fantastic place. Wonderfully located in the Old Town, it has the character of the medieval building that it is with all the modern comfort and convenience you expect. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. It did a great breakfast, and Ristorante Castello the restaurant forming part of the hotel is one of the best restaurants in Tallinn if you like Italian food (and who doesn't!).
