We liked absolutely everything - the room, the breakfast, the pool, the location.. And the best was Borja at the reception who recommended us two very good hikes that we enjoyed a whole lot. Thank you, Borja!!

Nestled in a spectacular mountain setting, this hotel offers breathtaking views that make every moment feel special. Waking up to the scenery each morning was an experience in itself. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its exceptional team. Every member of staff, regardless of department, was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to the entertainment staff, who were always full of energy and eager to bring people together with fun games and activities, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. After a day of exploring the mountains, it was something we looked forward to. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Overall, this hotel combines an outstanding location, wonderful hospitality, excellent food, and comfortable accommodation. It’s a place we would happily return to and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

location, room, it is excellent if you are looking to rest

The whole experience overall, was amazing. Quick hot water for the shower exactly what you need after a long journey. They greeted us with a bottle of wine, and complimentary water in the rooms. The receptionist with a smile explained to us everything that we need to know and how everything works, also they let us park right in front of the hotel for a couple of hours because the next day we left to climb Aneto. Everything was great

Perfect location, good breakfast, lots of facilities, parking available (additional cost), super friendly staff. One of the best holidays we have had in Benasque. We stayed in the Junior suite with fireplace as we were travelling with our dog. It was such a nice experience to return from a day hiking in the mountains, to light a fire, have a nice bath and relax. We stayed over Christmas and had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Monica and the reception team were lovely and made us feel at home from the first moment. We will return many times!
