Hotels with Pools in El Médano

Everything. The staff were SO kind and full of personality, the food had good variety and very tasty, and the room, pool deck, restaurant, and hotel were clean and tidy. Literally the best hotel for the windsurfing views and La Montana Roja view too.

The swimming pool and the activities, the vibe in general

I had a great time at Aloe Vera Shared House, the volunteers were great, very helpful and also the other guests were just amazing people. The curtains on the beds are a nice touch, they give some privacy 😉 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, IT FELT LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME Do keep in mind that this is a hostel, so it comes with all the "hostel" stuff: shared dorms, shared spaces and limited number of bathrooms (but in the 11 days I spent there I didn't have to wait to get to the bathroom). It is a little further from town: 20-30 minutes by foot, and the bus that goes all the way there has a weird schedule (early morning and afternoon, not on weekends/public holiday). This would be the only (minor) inconvenience in my opinion, and not in the control of the management. Also, an important thing to keep in mind: El Medano is very windy, most of the time, so do keep that in mind and take it into account when booking.

Great location and the host and property are wonderful. Will be back

Beautiful garden with warm pool and outdoor shower. Alfonso is a great host, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Nice sand beaches within walking distance. Good kitchen with appliances. Possibility to do laundry.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, really nice, only 50m to amazing beaches, very nice balkony, very well equipped. Really, we felt immediatly at home.

Loved the location. Good beds. Nice and sunny balcony. Close to many restaurants.

Comfortable apartments for several people with 2 bathrooms

Great locations and nice complex! Parking spot in the garage was nice to have. The beach and market with restaurants are easy 2-3 mins walk. We liked the tranquil location and enjoyed climbing the red mountain.

Rooms were beautiful, big and spacious.

Perfect location, attentive host. facilties at the accomodation were fantastic. Will be back to stay again.

staff were wonderful, the place is beautiful, would definitely return. able to cater for our vegan & gluten free dietary requirements - big shout out to Jonathan who looked after us and made us confident the food was safe for us. thank you!

Pool is amazing lots of shows and entertainment!

Beautiful location, along the sea close to restaurants and beaches. Complete with gorgeous pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, well-furnished rooms. We’ll definitely be back.

We liked everything about the property and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property is 10-15 minutes away from the airport in a residential area of apartments, condos, and hotels. It was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The penthouse apartment where we stayed was roomy: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a combined lounge area and kitchen. It also included two outdoor areas, each with a dining table and chairs and one with a covered area with outdoor sofas. Comfortable lounge chairs and a fantastic view of the property and the ocean was much appreciated! Having a washing machine was also a bonus and previous guests, or the owner, left an assortment of spices, olive oil, salt/pepper in the kitchen…and that made it very easy for us to make breakfast, lunch or dinner as needed! The security of the complex is fantastic: a fob/card is necessary to enter and leave the exterior gated area, and that gave us a feeling of being safe - plus, the front door had a deadbolt lock. Another positive aspect to this property is that two small/medium size grocery stores (with a good selection of meat, produce and fresh bakery items) are just a two or three minute walk away as are a number of restaurants. We had delicious Sunday Roast and Fish-n-Chips at WildGeese, fantastic roasted chicken at the steak/chicken/fish restaurant across the street from this property and We enjoyed live music (and tasty fruit infused sangria) at a small restaurant/bar along the Promenade overlooking the ocean very near this property. The property’s location to the Promenade is a 3-5 minute walk: great for those people who want to visit one of the black rock beaches in this area, walk around the marina, take a catamaran ride, or simply soak up the beautiful scenery. A representative from the owner contacted us prior to our trip, when we arrived and the day prior to our departure.
