The place, the parking, the location, the jacuzzi, even the smart TVs It's a wonderful place to stay, utterly worth it. We stayed for 2 nights, and everything about this place screams stay here. Even the bed ensures a great nights sleep. When i return to merida, this will be where i look first.

The staff were very welcome and informative. We arrived early and went in to ask about parking and they got the room ready for us. The hotel is within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The swimming pool was lovely and cool for the very hot weather.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Nice staff and good breakfast. Merida has developed a lot since our last visit. Lots of places to eat and shop as well as the sights. Museum is great, and currently free entry.

The location is perfect, quite close to all the main attractions and minutes from the train station. My room was very comfortable and quiet. There’s a seasonal swimming pool on the top floor which is very much appreciated, because the summer is extremely hot in Merida.

Great decoration based on the city theme. Staff was nice, the swimming pool is really good and has plenty of supporting facilities. The breakfast is very good with a solid variety. Location is good with every service nearby, the downside is that you’re in the middle of 2 main roads.
