The hotel was closed so we were moved to a different one in the group. Checking was chaos because of this although the staff were lovely. The room was big but you had to queue to get into dinner in a tiny space. Food was good.

Nothing, check in was from 3-6pm but we were told we could not check in till 5:30pm We told them we had a small child but that did not matter We could then not even contact them and they refused a refund

Excellent choice for a family getaway! Our spacious room comfortably accommodated four with two double beds, a modern LED TV, and a separate gaming area with an Xbox. The wide balcony was perfect for relaxing with the kids. The buffet dining impressed us — generous portions and diverse options for all tastes. Premium guests enjoy exclusive access to a separate zone with complimentary wine and sparkling wine, while everyone gets free wine and beer at meals. The aquapark is practically on your doorstep (2–3 minutes walk), making it perfect for a quick dip anytime. Entertainment options were fantastic: game consoles, VR, playground, museum, and vintage arcade machines kept both kids and adults happily occupied throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

The location is stunning, the apartment is clean and organised, I loved the whole area, despite some things being closed. The view from the balcony was simply stunning.

Children friendly - plenty of games to make Kids busy during off season period. And the most surprising and nice: a duvet instead of a sheet during winter season ❤️.
Very pretty, modern and slick apartment, super clean, and very clean apartment building overall. Big, roomy underground garage. The owner assisted remotely with extremely friendly messages and explanations, with advice on where to eat and what to do. Superb swimming pools on the ground floor. Proximity to beach couldn't have been better. We loved it.

PONTIANA Thalasso Hotel
This hotel was an absolute surprise in a very good way! Complimentary dinner at arrival (as a first time visitor) was a nice touch, but when we saw the dinner itself, we were stunned; a level of abundance, variety and sophistication was stunning. Breakfast was epic too. The room: bathroom itself was bigger than our whole room in previous hotel, discrete and beautiful decorations, bluetooth speakers in bathroom, illuminated closet, elaborate shower set with shampoo and conditioner on one side, shower gel on the other, enormous comfy bed, balcony with the view etc. Simply perfect.

Excellent location, 5 min walk away from the beach and some restaurants. There is a Mercadona and a Lidl on the way to the busy part of town, which is a 15 min walk. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The pool is amazing, and it has a bar next to it. 100% recommended
