United KingdomMy partner and I had a really lovely stay. The host made the check-in very smooth and was welcoming and helpful throughout. It was great to have the option to park inside the property, although parking on the street would also have been fine for us.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, with the host living upstairs, but it still felt very private. We had our own entrance and access to the pool. Even though we occasionally saw the host and their family, it felt relaxed and comfortable, almost like staying with friends rather than being disturbed in any way. In the evenings especially, the pool area felt completely peaceful and private.
The location was perfect for us – close enough to Barcelona but far enough away to enjoy quiet and calm after busy days.
Inside, the apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, the shower was strong and hot, and overall everything felt very well maintained. The TV setup also allowed us to cast from our own Netflix, which was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings.

SpainWe spent the weekend at this beautiful house in Montseny and it was honestly one of the best getaway experiences we’ve had. It’s only about an hour and a half outside Barcelona, yet it feels like you’re completely in nature, away from everything.
The property itself is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos, and that’s not something you often say. You can feel how much love and attention has gone into the house. Every corner has a thoughtful touch, from the décor to the layout to the cozy details. When we arrived, the entire house was decorated for Christmas, which immediately made it feel warm, festive and special. You can tell the owners genuinely care about the experience of their guests.
We were four adults and had more than enough space both inside and outside. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for hanging out together, and there are multiple areas where you can relax, read, sit by the fire, or enjoy the view.
The amenities are a huge highlight — the pool area, the outdoor jacuzzi, the beautiful terrace overlooking nature, and the indoor fireplace which made our winter stay extra cozy. Every space felt intentional and designed for enjoyment.
Honestly, there is nothing negative to mention. The pictures don’t fully capture how beautiful this place truly is. It’s one of those rare properties where you arrive and immediately feel like you’ve discovered something special.
A true gem — highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

Looking for a hotel with pools?
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
