Having had many disappointing dinners in Paradors it was a surprise to have well cooked food and a chef that can cook a blue steak. For me this is what a Parador should be like. Location is superb if you enjoy hiking with many routes for all levels from the hotel front door. Views over the pantano de Sau from the rooms' balconies. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was great, a beautiful place , an old palace which was built in 1866. The room was big and spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view. The hostess was super nice and helpful. very good breakfast.

Room was excellent, view while having dinner was amazing as we watched the clouds come over the horizon. Staff were excellent and made sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast gave us a good start to the day.
