The property is new and really great the service was really good! The French Bakers at shops half mile drive walk (the complex is massive) is one of the best you are likely to ever come across. The Thai restaurant is great and friendly ! The Bar is fun loud noisey but probably not to everyone’s taste we liked it! A great apartment would really recommend !

A beautiful airy apartment in a great location which included under cover parking. Great large terrace with comfortable seating for relaxing with an adjoining dining area. Minutes from the sea and shopping restaurant area. What's not to like with everything you need for a relaxing break. The three swimming pools are a very nice addition too. Gabriel is a very hospitable and friendly host. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great location overlooking the pool. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen even had an air fryer. There were spare sets of sheets and towels and parasols for the beach. The host bought beach towels for us as we didn’t have any. The apartment is tastefully decorated.

The host has thought of everything, after a 17 hour flight journey we arrived at the apartment to find, water, wine, coffee pods all of which was very appreciated. Even toiletries are provided, going beyond our expectations! Plenty of towels and kitchen was very well stocked - facilities excellent. As we were using this as a base to property hunt, the location was central to our needs, you have the on site bars and restaurant with a small basic shop. 10min drive to nearest town and 20mins to Mojacar - perfect! We highly recommend this property, the host was wonderful and always available and knowledgeable of the area!
