The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

First of all I would like to thank booking.com for recommending Addis Bonanza for me. Hotel location is great in terms availability of all kind of amenities,taxi,restaurants and cafes and night light life if you wish. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly,they serve you with a big smile in their faces.The hotel is spotless,rooms as well as common areas. All in all it was an excellent experience and a great value for money and I will certainly repeat it.

Very friendly and caring staff. We felt very welcome. The food was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I stayed with my five-year-old son, they’ve been so lovely to him and he loved the daily swimming training. In just a few days, he learned to swim without support to swim.The trainer was very kind, loving, and patient. A beautiful experience for us.
