👍 ⸻ 🇬🇧 English Version Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, which saves a lot of time when sightseeing around Paris. The room was also kept very clean, and we appreciated the housekeeping throughout our stay. The main issue we experienced was the air conditioning and room comfort. Our original room was located on a higher floor, and the room temperature was quite warm. Even with the air conditioning running, it did not cool the room sufficiently. We hope the hotel can improve the maintenance and performance of the air-conditioning system in the future. We also experienced an issue with water leaking onto the bathroom floor from the sink drainage. However, after we reported it, the hotel staff responded immediately and resolved the problem on the same day. We really appreciated their quick response and attention to guests’ concerns. We would especially like to compliment the front desk staff member HAMZA. 👏 When we reported the problems with our room, HAMZA patiently listened to our concerns and actively helped us resolve the issues and arrange a room change. He was friendly, professional and genuinely willing to help from the guest’s perspective.
