It was beautifully decorated and felt so comfortable. Fully stocked with all kitchen equipment that would be needed for a family.We were only two so ate out mostly.Extremely close to some lovely beaches and restaurants and the park Manuka is on is delightful and quiet!!

Super-cosy but spacious, clean room with lovely decorations and a private bathroom. I love the peaceful surroundings, beautiful ponies, friendly dogs, and the swimming pool at the property - which is a good add-on for summertime! The most important - host - is an absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful lady who really cares to make her guests at home and we really did! We will definitely come back when visiting Cornwall again!

Very beautiful classical building with allure! Beautiful bright, large, clean room, three kinds of Cornish sweets, chocolates and iced Prosecco available on arrival. Very friendly, correct and patient chief of operations welcoming us and explaining everything very clear and calmly: a real experienced professional!! Basics ofcourse in order in this toplocation: ultraclean sheets, bath towels and bathropes (for going to the indoor pool). Beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, lockers, dressing rooms and showers available, clean and beautiful!

The amenities are great. Lovely grounds ideal to walk our dogs. Bed comfy, although decor a bit dated (perhaps due to being for guests with dogs?). Very friendly, helpful staff. Food good, breakfast in particular. Health spa, swimming pool and hot tub. Hubby had a round of golf so used all the facilities.

Great Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. Clean Towels and Changing Rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast and Evening Meals was great value for money with ample choice and plentiful.
