very helpful staff, room was cold when we arrived but a phone call to reception soon had a portable heater which warmed the room up very quickly, thank you to the young lady who brought it up and set it up.

Beautiful country house and gardens, with a lovely peaceful spa on site, with excellent pool, steam, sauna and outdoor hot tub. It was bliss sitting out there on a cold day in the warmth. Very comfortable rooms. All of the staff were amazing - so warm, friendly and chatty and provided excellent service. Freshly cooked breakfasts were of the highest quality. Best hotel experience of 2024.
