This is already our third stay here. As always, it was a great experience. It’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind, far from the crowds. The pool is great. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it, but it's worth bringing something for ants from home (they are on the terrace).

Situated in Pazin, Forest Serenity Villa features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive.

We had a very pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed — including thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, oatmeal, and spices. The host was very kind and always available to help. The location is perfect for exploring different parts of Istria. We would happily stay here again!

The place is even better than it looks in pictures. Everything is very clean and tidy. The garden, pool and surrounding areas are extremely well kept and provide for a perfect atmosphere with a feeling of privacy and open spaces at the same time. The owners are extremely attentive and kind. 5 stars overall, especially in the value for money. There are tons of things to explore around the area, starting with Hum, the nature nearby, the springs at Kotli and the nearby town of Roč. Perfect getaway destination. We will definitely be back.

We chose to stay at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, with every detail carefully considered, from the décor throughout the property to the rooms. Ours was a play of mirrors and vibrant colours—a feast for the eyes! We ordered à la carte for dinner. The truffle was fresh and plentiful, and the selection of cured meats surprised us too. Everything was delicious, and the restaurant staff described and explained the dishes beautifully. The wine was fabulous— Istrian Malvasia! A special mention also goes to the spa and the pool, with their breathtaking views over the valley. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, down to the smallest detail. Even the two saunas look out onto the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. The views are unforgettable, and the cocktails were expertly made. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!
