The place is even better than it looks in pictures. Everything is very clean and tidy. The garden, pool and surrounding areas are extremely well kept and provide for a perfect atmosphere with a feeling of privacy and open spaces at the same time. The owners are extremely attentive and kind. 5 stars overall, especially in the value for money. There are tons of things to explore around the area, starting with Hum, the nature nearby, the springs at Kotli and the nearby town of Roč. Perfect getaway destination. We will definitely be back.

The facilities were amazing, very well equipped and cozy. There is everything (and more) one needs to spend carefree and relaxed getaway. Our family had the most amazing holiday in this facility. The host is extra helpful and kind and we would highly recommend this Villa to others. There were swallows visiting the pool several times a day and performing an amazing performance of nature, an amazing extra feature.

Lovely quit town, beautiful house with pool which the kids really enjoyed. A lot of nice towns, citys and beaches to visit in a range of 30-45 minutes driving. Owner of the house had a lot of tips and knew beautifull places to visit. Also lovely that there were 2 bottles of self made wine and fresh fruit when we arrived.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lea, the owner's daughter, who was very friendly and hospitable. She handed over the keys, showed us around the house and outdoor area, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and surprised us with homemade drinks and pastries. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of cookware, cutlery, spices, condiments, and other useful essentials, which made us feel truly at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and nicely arranged, and the beds were comfortable. There was also a good supply of soap, cleaning products, new dishwashing sponges, and other practical household items. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, which had its own refrigerator, full kitchen equipment, indoor and outdoor sinks, a large dining table, and a fireplace/barbecue area with firewood provided. The large saltwater pool was clean and well maintained, with comfortable sun loungers nearby. The peaceful surroundings, relaxing views, grassy area with small football goals, good privacy, and secure parking within the gated part of the property made the stay even better. Overall, our stay was excellent and completely trouble-free. The hosts were very welcoming, and the property offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Amazing hosts, very clean accommodation, cosy terrace and garden with swimming pool, great starting point to see the inner Istria (eg. Učka nature park, Karlić truffles in Paladini and nearby viewepoint on lake Butoniga, Kotli and river Mirna, Pazin's Ethnographic Museum of Istria).

Anything was great! Comfortable place!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area. The owners live in the lower part of the house but are very quiet and so friendly and helpful. They provided lots of goodies to welcome us. The garden and pool are a delight and there are several good restaurants within a short drive. We’d also recommend Konoba 2 Peron in Cerovlje. Delicious food and good service. A visit to the village of Draguc is also worthwhile. It has a small church with extraordinary frescoes if you can find who in the village to get the key from!

Great place in the nature. Perfect for family vacation in peace and quiet.

It was a lovely place in the heart of the little village, where you could watch village life pass and experience real Istria. The place was amazingly equipped and had everything we needed. The owner answered questions quickly and helped with anything we needed.
