Hotels with Pools in Ivanec

The guest house was wonderful, it is laying on the hill and it has a wonderful view. It is very calm and quiet, but close to everything by car.

Everything was excellent and as agreed. The owners were friendly and very easy to negotiate with. The cleanliness of the apartment, the decoration of the yard and the pool, everything was top notch.

A beautiful vacation home for city families with small children! The house is situated at the top of a mountain with a gorgeous view! It‘s away from any neighbours so you have total peace and quiet to fully enjoy a family vacation! Our kids love the pool and spend hours in the water! The deck has six deck chairs and plenty of room to relax in the sun or the shadow underneath the sunshades. There is a whirlpool that can be heated up to 40 degrees for cooler days or additional relaxation. There’s a swing, a slide, a tricycle and a ket-car in the garden. On the terrace there’s a soccer table and a swinging chair. Our kids and us couldn’t have been happier! We were having a blast. The house was built by hand from the owners, who are some of the most wonderful people we ever got to meet! Everything done by hand you can tell that there is love in every piece of wood and every tile. This house shares love! We had everything we need. Two bedrooms with double beds - one for the children and one for us. The beds and pillows were really comfortable - we had enough blankets, thin blankets in the summer, warmer ones in case of cool days. The house has air conditioning and mosquito nets in the windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave. We had oil, salt, seasoning for cooking when we arrived. The landlords welcomed us with delicious self-made Croatian food and a juice. The little bathroom with a toilet and the bigger bathroom with a shower are beautifully designed, comfortable and welcoming. There is a hair dryer if you need one and shower gel and shampoo were also available when we arrived. There are four areas in which you can sit to eat: In the entrance area near a fire place, in the living room near the tv, on the terrace (rain safe!) and on the deck next to the pool. Eating in these different places gives you a new experience every time. Situated approximately.

Everything! If you're looking for a very nice and completely new house in a very quiet area: don't look further and book it. We really had a very nice time here. We stayed at the house with two families with young kids. The view is amazing and because it's such a quiet area, it's not a big problem if the kids make some noise in the pool. The jacuzzi near the kitchen is great! We love cooking and while my friend and I were in the (very well equipped) kitchen, the kids were running around between the jacuzzi and the pool. We made our own pizza in the real pizza oven, which turned out great. If you like animals, it is also a nice place to stay. We had dear next to the house and saw some very pretty birds like bee-eaters, orioles and heard an owl. The host is very friendly and will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. She came to clean the pool and jacuzzi. The area is very quiet. We visited in July 2025 and almost saw no tourists (which we loved!). It's a very authentic area. The scenery is gorgeous with beautiful hills for hiking and nice towns nearby to visit. I would highly recommend staying in this loverly house (which is totally renovated and feels like new, but with a cute touch).

Great host! Cozy, perfect little place. The fireplace was already on when we arrived. The view from the terrace of the small wineyard and surrounding mountains is just perfect. Morning coffee hits different here.
