Amazing hosts, beautiful accommodation, fantastic scenery and sunsets… just so sad to leave! Massive thanks to the wonderful family that hosted us, they greeted us with a traditional dish for us all to enjoy, and even brought us crepes a couple of days later.. it’s a quiet serene location an hour or so from Split - perfect for a group holiday or some peace and quiet away from this hectic world! Super affordable and excellent facilities - all rooms with en suite and the pool was incredible to splash around in - don’t worry I’ll be back ;))))))

Excellent villa for a family!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jackal Holiday House – there were seven of us, including a small child and two dogs, and we were truly impressed. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations – the house is spacious, clean, modern, and perfectly suited for families or larger groups of friends. When we arrived, we were greeted with a generous welcome spread of food, drinks and homemade products. Throughout our stay, Marijana regularly brought us fresh vegetables from their garden and made sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and caring about our comfort. In addition to the main house, there’s a fantastic outdoor area with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a large dining table, fireplace, hot tub, and a swimming pool where we spent most of our time. There are tons of activities for everyone – table football, ping pong, darts, a trampoline, a playground, etc. Jackal Holiday House was truly a little piece of paradise – the perfect mix of comfort, fun, privacy, and exceptional hosts. We honestly didn’t expect to find such an outstanding place. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly special.

Quiet neighbourhood with great views. Suitable for relaxing with friends.

The house is next to perfect, exactly as described. Very convenient for two separate people, would be fine for two couples, can accommodate up to three pairs, although one shower would be the bottleneck. Very clean, everything works, air conditioners and TVs in every bedroom and a very large and convenient living room plus a very good kitchen with everything you need, same with the shower/bathroom. Hot water was fine, pool was clean and good prepared and the pool itself was very good. Especially nice - a lot of clean towels and bed linen. My daughter was also especially happy about the hair drier. It's a very quiet place in a village on top of a mountain. Was perfect for us, as we did not want to be at the beach and rather preferred the pool and driving and walking in the mountains - and the place was perfect for reaching all the places around by car. The nice sea beaches are about 30 min driving, but that's something you know from the map. Ah! Important: WiFi was very good. Mobile signal as well. Very friendly neighbors, who are also taking care of the place. So, our recommendation, and we are looking forward to come here again, thanks!

The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, offering a peacefull and picturesque backdrop throughout the entire stay. The villa itself provided complete privacy, making it the perfect escape for relaxation. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help if we needed anything, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. ❤️

The villa is amazing and the hosts exceptionally helpful. The villa is very modern, furnished to a very high standard, all the equipment you could ever need is available, the pool is lovely set in a secure garden. We had our small dog with us and he couldn't escape. There is air con in the main bedroom and lounge which keep the villa very comfortable. It is very private and not overlooked at all. The small village is about 800m away and has supermarkets and bars and restaurants. The village is about 7km from the motorway. We really enjoyed the rural location. We had our car with us so could access nearby towns, the Red and Blue lakes, Split, the airport, the coast, Krka National Park and we even popped over the border to Bosnia and Hertzegovinia without the dog as it is yet to join the EU. We had a very special holiday.

We stayed here as a group of 6adults and 3 children and there was loads of space. The facilities were great and the pool was a good size with lots of sun beds for everyone. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and easy to deal with 😊

Lovely, big, clean property. The location is in a quiet place, approx 25 minutes away from the beach. You can enjoy the swimming pool if not in the mood to drive to the beach.
