Hotels with Pools in Cibiru

Thank you hotel Shakti Bandung

I'm really impressed by the good services and the hospitality of the staff who manage this very nice place. The staff - all the personell - are very kind, hospitable, and helpful. This was felt since we booked this place, as the Mr. Gugun Gunawan reached out to me via WhatsApp, confirming the booking, providing the essential information, such as the exact location and the Wi-Fi password, and following up with us on our way. He was so kind to assist us on the way, as we wanted to double check the address, and he was waiting for us at the main entrance, receiving us with kindness, which let us feel very comfortable since the first moment. - I also would like to appreciate the cleanness of the place and the measures taken to keep the place clean, and covering the breaakfast food on the table before they used to come to knock on our room gently informing us that the breakfast has been ready. Note: They used to ask us the night before what time would we like to have our breakfast, so they get it prepared the next morning. - I also like that they equipped the bed with a net above it to protect the guests from bugs. You're in the heart of nature, and you should expect bugs to be there! - I'm also impressed by their generosity. We asked them to rent us a motorbike to go to a near place, which is a nice place for hiking and picnicking. They gave us the motorbike, and at the end of our stay, they waived the rent fee for that. - All the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. For all of the good things that they offered, I felt grateful, and I owe them this good review that is well deserved. All the best!

I like the location and the staf was very friendly, the quiet, personality , dealing was good , parking of car was good

Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Restaurant operates 24 hours. Restaurant staff Revina and Mita were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist Amanda was also very friendly.

Close proximity to UNPAD and convenient stores

We loved the luxurious room and the welcoming and polite staff. The breakfast spread was also great. Gym and sauna was excellent

The loft was a nice thing to have so that the whole family can be in the same room. The breakfast was my favourite!

Everything! The room was comfortable and had everything, the air-conditioning was powerful, the view (5th floor) was brilliant. Quite close to Tegalluar very fast train station, also walking distance to the very slow local train from Gede Bage. The staff were wonderful. And their fluency in English made things easier for me, having travelled around for a couple of weeks using my not-very-good Indonesian. Breakfast was the best I've had on this trip, with the chefs replenishing the buffet regularly with freshly cooked dishes (on both days I was there).I had become resigned to having cold, soggy, or dried-out dishes in so many other places I've stayed, so this was a pleasant surprise. The price is very reasonable. Sure, there are cheaper options around, but this was worth it!

Pool is disgusting, as are the rooms, the place is dark and Wi-Fi though promised doesn't work in the rooms.

indonesian food for breakfast are amazing
