ItalyThe hotel is very well kept, everything is clean and neat. We got a free upgrade and the room was incredibly spacious and well refurbished. The bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast is amazing, plenty of choice with indonesian and international options. The staff is helpful and kind.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They provided us e.g. with an awesome lunch package on our last day at 3 in the morning! The breakfast was good and plentiful, the one time we had dinner in the hotel was also quite nice and tasty!
We liked the pool area, although the sun lounges seemed to be worn down quite a bit.

The location of the hotel is a bit uphill, therefore you have a wonderful view over the ocean and the surroundings. The restaurant is on the top floor and you can sit outside in the evening to enjoy the scenery. They have a nice swimmingpool with a beautiful view as well. We also loved the breakfast, because they had so many different items and lovely local dishes.
The service was very good too. For example, they helped us with finding local transport to Ampana.

Rooms were nice and location is great! Free airport shuttle which was convenient. Also the pool is nice to relax before heading to the airport.
