SwitzerlandThe host was always very helpful and joyful ! If we needed something he tried to help us the best he could ! We didn’t get breakfast but it seemed nice ! The host told us about some restaurants and they always were good and tasteful ! We’ve got a scooter the second we arrived it was very comfortable! Very very beautiful view and quiet !!!!

United KingdomThe room and all facilities are really clean, we enjoyed the breakfast every morning, location is good only a short drive to the main road and quiet location. The bed was really comfy and good shower pressure. The best part was our hosts, Bella and her parents! Such lovely people it felt like we were a part of their family; they took care of us so well and were so welcoming. Felt right at home. Thank you!!

This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here. Great rooms that were very clean. Great pool and restaurant. The staff are lovely. The location is a little out of town but that is actually really nice as it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Awesome banana pancakes and good food. Great for kids and we had a room connected to theirs which was great.

Really nice pool.
The breakfast and dinner were very nice. The rooms are big and the shower is great.
We didn't miss the airconditioning at all.

Conveniently located in Rantepao, and a good base for your local tours. It was clean and had a pool for cooling off and restaurants on site. The property was very pretty! A good option if you are looking for more than just the basic accommodations elsewhere in the region. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is built in a typical regional style and is surrounded by rice fields with views of hills and mountains. A well-kept garden, pool and restaurant combine beautifully with the main building. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Heritage is off the main road and not too noisy with a beautiful outlook. The classic design buildings are a great introduction to the area. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and when plans changed very supportive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. I loved the spacious room and outdoor shower.
