This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the room was remarkably comfortable with city view. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice of various indonesian food. This hotel is at Kota Biintang, we love it very much. There’s Pizza Hut, McDonald, Subway Sandwich, Japanese restaurant and Funifun ( the kids love the place, the playroom was amazing, the kids keep going back for the go carting and played most of the games at the second floor, kota Bintang is a perfect place for family staycation and this hotel is so new & elegant. We love it and we would definitely go back there next time when we go back to Jakarta)

The staff are quick-witted and friendly. I went to stay in the hotel because my house is under renovation for about 3 days, and it was worthwhile to experience. The room is spacious, and breakfast is various and delicious. They do have a swimming pool and gym, but I wasn't able to bring myself to experience it, too lazy to do it. Overall, it was a good experience and perfect, so family-friendly.
