An Absolutely Excellent Experience! I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to this wonderful hotel for such an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. Every one of our many requests was fulfilled remarkably quickly. This place is truly filled with love! The property is picturesque, and the food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The team went above and beyond their duties to ensure we had everything we needed, demonstrating an outstanding level of hospitality that made our stay truly special. Our room was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the pool was incredible. The location is also ideal for exploring the most beautiful destinations in this part of Sumba. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. We recommend absolutely this place ❤️

Our stay at lelewatu was everything we needed. Very tranquil, serene and peaceful. The resort is very secluded, perfect for the getaway we needed. Positives: The views are incredible. Our private villa was stunning and looked after everyday. All staff were so accommodating and hospitable. All of the Indonesian menu items were delicious, especially the beef rendang, which I had 3 times. Also the creamy mushroom pasta was a hit. The hazelnut colada was a perfect sunset cocktail. The pools and beach were great spots to relax and mostly had them to ourselves. Again, the staff went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant.

Simply everything. The staff are exceptional: when one of us got sick, the team spontaneously lent us a car and drove us to the hospital themselves. They looked after our children (4 and 6), played with them and were always there – warm and attentive, yet never intrusive, exactly the right balance. The property was spotless, cleaned twice a day. Mosquito spray and little extras were provided without us asking – zero stress. The food was excellent throughout, morning, noon and night. The beachfront location is a dream, everything clean and peaceful. You meet the loveliest people from all over the world who drop by to eat or just hang out – and the locals at Batu Bella Beach are warm and genuinely interested in you, without ever trying to sell anything. A perfect place for families.
