We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Botanica. The design and decor of the hotel is particularly charming, with a blend of vintage and modern touches and a gorgeous red feature colour in the bedrooms. The food at breakfast is exceptional, both in quantity and quality, probably the best I've had at any hotel in Israel. The views are great, and overall the hotel has a relaxing getaway feel in the middle of Haifa. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Yonatan, who ensured all our needs were met and made our stay extra comfortable.

It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. The combination of a great location, friendly staff, excellent food, and quality amenities makes this hotel a solid choice for visitors to Haifa. I would definitely consider returning on my next trip.

Amazing location, right by the beach under Mount Carmel. Amazing breakfasts and dinners - diverse, fresh, and tasty food. Amazing staff, especially Miri, the guest services manager. We were wondering if she lives there... Amazing pool, amazing spa, amazing view from the room. All in all - amazing. The rooms are renovated and feature modern, high-quality finishes. The lobby is very nice, with water and coffee available to guests until 11 PM. Free parking by the hotel is scarce. We opted to use the paid underground parking, offering a discount for hotel guests. We accepted the 35 ILS / day as part of the cost of our stay. That parking lot has plenty of available spots at all hours and direct access to the hotel elevators.

Location is right on the beach, rooms are decent, roomy and clean . Place is surrounded with restaurants which made it easy. Friendly staff.

Very good location, 100 walk to Carmel Beach and sea promenade. The apartment is clean and has all you need for vacation stay, including washing and drying machines (we did not use). Communication with the host easy and clear.
