I like how accommodating and friendly the hotel staff are. They made our stay in Agra a very good one.

Breakfast choices were excellent and service was great

The staff was really nice and hospitable to me. from checking in to checking out and at the restaurants. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful at the Palato restaurant. Real value for money.

So nice and clean. The terrace with Taj Mahal view was amazing! They had puppet show, magic show and pottery for kids in the lobby in the evening which was amazing. Breakfast buffet spread was amazing

l enjoy my stay in the hotel Taj Resorts Agra. All was good and thanks for the attention and kindness of the receptionists. It's near of the entrance of the Taj Mahal, you can go and return walking or by free transportation. The hotel arrange for you a taxi from and to the train station

great location, close to the center (if you want you can reach the entrance of the fortress in 15 minutes by walk) breakfast was very good and abundant. the room is very large (especially the bathroom), is clean and comfortable and the wifi works pretty good. the restaurant is very good. the staff is ultra friendly and very accomodating. they have very nice additional services (pool, spa, fitness room..)

Great hotel with excellent staff, from the doorman, to the reception to the restaurant on the Ground floor. Breakfast at Aviary simply a 10/10, you can't miss it, special mention to the Manager Deepak reception staff Zara, who was lovely & very helpful. In general, everyone was lovely. We enjoyed all the facilities and we can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff, including Wasim, Riya, and Raju, were exceptionally hospitable and made my experience truly enjoyable. The services provided were top-notch, and the dining options were excellent. At the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member whose name was either Aniket or Ankit (apologies for the uncertainty), but he, too, was very kind and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I highly recommend this property.

Very friendly staff, specially Mithun and Vijay Singh, thanks a lot for your help and support and the breakfast was great too.

Clean, food was good although we could do better with some western food especially cheese and sausages
