The property in very relaxing, well maintained. It has all the facilities needed. Rooms are very spacious. Swimming pool added a charm. The restaurant food is very testy specially puri bhaji. Staff is very polite and helpful specially mutthu.

excellent huge rooms and bathrooms. we were on the 3rd floor with views of the rocks on one side and the fields on the other. we were very grateful to be able to stay in top quality resort with a very good clean swimming pool. the place is green and maintained very very well. Ms Vijaylakshmi was very professional and on top of things from our check in to our check out...it was very seamless. we appreciated the extra time we got to use the room after our check out till we caught the train. the staff are very professional and on their toes all the time. the food for breakfast -complimentary was fine..and lunch (paid. traditional leaf meal) was delicious and very fairly priced. the staff work very hard to make the lunch a success. room service was prompt with anything we needed. the rooms are a bit on the more pricey side but with everything coming together it was fine. the badami sites are just 15 mins away by tuktuk which the team will help you get. only suggestion: the hand wash, shampoo in the bathroom are very poor quality. basic hotel supplies from biotique etc would be better considering the price charged. sunblock curtains are needed for the top rooms. we called for extra the blankets to block the light.

Its a very nice hotel-resort situated in a very good place surrounded by local farms a bit away of the rush of Badami city center, but still very close to all the places of interest. The are so many activities you can do inside the resort premises, like sports and just having rest. The pool is great. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the service.
