The stay was absolutely incredible and was a highlight of our trip. I recently had the most incredible experience at this Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Kerala, and I can't say enough positive things about it. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I instantly felt at home. The doctors at the retreat were not only highly knowledgeable in Ayurvedic medicine but also incredibly effective in tailoring treatments to individual needs. Their expertise truly shone through, and I felt confident in their care. The hosts were some of the warmest people I've ever met, and their passion for Ayurveda and yoga was so clear. They went out of their way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a memorable experience. The lush landscape surrounding the retreat added to the serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The rooms are also very very clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the vegetarian meals. Not only were they delicious and healthy, but they also played a vital role in the detox process during the stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying the food was while still being incredibly nourishing. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated the patience and expertise of the yoga instructor. They made sure everyone had the right form and provided modifications when needed, making the practice accessible and enjoyable for all. The on-premises production of medicated Ayurvedic oil and the skilled massage therapists were also a highlight. The massages were not only relaxing but also therapeutic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Definitely try the shiodhara oil drip therapy and the steam box treatment — truly once in a lifetime experience. Overall, my time at this Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Kerala was nothing short of transformative. I left feeling healthier, happier, and more connected to my body and mind. I hope to return in the future for another incredible experience.

The staff - extremely friendly and warm. The restaurant - serves absolutely amazing food. The property- its done tastefully and a very unique experience. The Owner - an extremely humble and a thorough gentleman. Hardworking and super attentive to the needs of each guest. He persinally meets and greets with the guests at breakfast and lunch, ensuring the dining and overall experience at the resort-hotel is a memorable one, which we think is very endearing and an adorable gesture. Anecdotes from our stay- Our room was not as i had expected. The photographs i saw were different to the room i was alloted, and there were too many mosquitoes and noise from the streets. Any other resort would have simply said- it is what it is.. but not here. As soon as i informed the property manager, he escalated the matter to the owner, who immediately came to meet us and ensured that every little detail /expectation was taken care of for us and the rest of our stay was a memorable one. I was pregnant and requested for coconut water, which they did not have on their menu, but as soon as the owner heard about it, he ensured that not only got a coconut water then but also it was there each morning, at breakfast without fail. On the 2nd day of our stay my husband was feeling unwell and the staff took brilliant care of him, to ensure he got alright. It was extremely commendable.
