I like the natural and surreal environment which i love the most..! We had our pre wedding shoot in 2022 and after 2.5 years going back to the same property gave us those flashbacks of our shoot. We had a great time at shambhala .

Exceptional location and viewpoints. Staff is extremely courteous and warm. There is absolutely nothing to dislike the property. Rooftop infinity pool is like a cherry on the cake.

It was like a dream but then some of the victimasaton stuff from UK i.e the girl I enjoyed talking clowns interfered and ruined it for good. Being alone kind of difficult. Some weirdos asking to take their photo with the girl. Castle being turned into some kind of dispute centre from outside people bringing thrash things. The outside renovation got to be done.

The service, food and ambience was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. Going inside the property from outside feels likes 2 different worlds, outside the hotel being chaotic and inside feels calm and peaceful.

Location was very nice, Very close to Bhopal lake, lake was just opposite to hotel. other attractions are near by like Van Vihar, Manav Sangharahalaya, said spat. New market is little far 5 KM.

Big and beautiful rooms, amazing hospitality of staff, right from the point you enter the hotel, pleasant smiling staff at reception and wonderful housekeeping staff. The food and breakfast was also delicious. I even visited the gym, which is very well maintained. Didn't get time to visit the pool which looks very beautiful. The room and the washrooms are well maintained and clean. The amenities provided in the rooms are appropriate for the stay. Absolutely loved the staff in this hotel, will visit again.

The Hotel is directly connected to the mall so easy shopping and a 15 minute ride (depending on traffic) from the Lake. Quick check-in and friendly staff that was accommodating as expected from the Mariott. A really perfect shower and we had nice food throughout my stay. I love the trip suggestions in the bathroom, happy to have visited the outdoor museum and learned something new!
