Location, price, perfect service, the staff was so kind and helpful with every detail

It was very decent. I loved the location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It also felt safe. I would definitely come again. I honestly did not have the time to use any of the facilities to give my review on.. but hopefully next time.

Best staff overall The manager is a good - friendly man

Clean, affordable, spacious, great staff and convenient location

The rooms of the hostel are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. The owners, Hicham and Ana, are so kind and welcoming. The space, from the living room to the swimming pool area, is colorful, joyful and full of character. I would recommend it to everyone! :) Also for solo female travellers since the rooms are divided between boys and girls, and the room of girls has its own terrace.

The house has a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere, with sunlight coming through the arches, traditional Lebanese design, airy rooms, and a peaceful ambience that instantly makes you relax. It feels truly authentic, and you can genuinely experience local culture here. The owner was very kind and recommended great local places to visit. People in the area were warm, welcoming, and made me feel at home. I originally booked for two nights and ended up staying for two weeks because I felt so comfortable and connected to the place.

I had a wonderful week at BEL Azour Hotel in Lebanon—it’s not my first stay, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere warm, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. I truly appreciate their consistent hospitality and the great job they continue to do.

The reception staff were very friendly and helped me a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at Beverly Beach Hotel in Jounieh! A special thank you to Mona, who truly made my experience exceptional. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, I even received a complimentary room upgrade because my roommate is a smoker, which I really appreciated! Mona truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. She is a real asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition! Thank you, Mona, for your amazing hospitality!

clean room, excellent breakfast

Great location. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Maya (the most beautiful lady in Jounieh 😀), Rita and Charlie, thank you so much for everything. The room was very clean with a nice sea view. The chef offered a delicious breakfast with a combination of Lebanese and European food. Their Lebanese coffee is a must to try!

Clean, helpful, friendly service. A very good location. Jounieh is a beautiful place to visit. I recommend all to visit this hotel and this city.
