I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this apartment! I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger unit that had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. Whenever something was missing, a quick call to the host, Edmond, and his son was all it took to get it sorted out. They were incredibly accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!

I had a great stay at Cimer Safra Marine. The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The best part was the food at the restaurant – it was delicious! The meals were fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. We had an amazing experience at hotel Luxor. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Eli, for his availability and attentiveness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was always there to assist and made us feel at home during our time in Lebanon. One particular moment that stood out was when we left a bag in an Uber on our way back to the hotel. Unfortunately, Uber's customer service couldn't reach the driver, but Mr. Eli took it upon himself to help. He shared the photo of the driver with other Uber drivers he knew, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to locate the driver who kindly returned the forgotten bag to us. This level of dedication to customer service is rare and made a significant difference in our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luxor for anyone visiting Lebanon — it's a place where you feel taken care of from start to finish!
