United KingdomWe had a fantastic stay at this beautiful wooden cabin, surrounded by the peacefulness of the forest. The location is absolutely lovely — a perfect place to disconnect from the busy city and enjoy nature.
The cabin was cosy, charming, spacious and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up surrounded by trees and fresh air was a truly special experience.
The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful retreat in the heart of nature! 🌲🏡

RomaniaWe rented one of the villas with friends during our trip to Moldova for a mix of leisure and remote work, and it was truly beyond our expectations. The location was perfect — close enough for us to visit the beautiful Curchi Monastery and explore Orhei, yet peaceful and relaxing when we returned “home.”
The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered everything we needed for both work and relaxation — fast internet, a cozy atmosphere, and beautiful views over the lake. The surroundings were serene, making it the perfect spot to unwind after sightseeing.
What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality. We honestly did not expect such a high level of service in Moldova. Mrs. Ina was incredibly kind and attentive.
Overall, Maya – Villas on the Lake is a hidden gem in Moldova. We left with great memories and would gladly return.
