The Hotel is just a 10 min. drive to Kotor. The room was very clean und big. The Hotel has a parking Spot for free. I would definetly coming back to see Kotor.

The location , the view, kind staff

We absolutely loved this hotel, it was conveniently located just outside of old town. It has everything you need for an incredible holiday at the sea. The staff are wonderful and the beach facility is absolutely amazing.

This is a beautiful Boutique style hotel with personal touch in every aspect . The staff was very cooperative and professional , the location is just walking distance approx 1 Km from main Kotor town , the walking path goes from back side of the hotel which is with very beautiful view of sea ju , there are good restaurant nearby we liked Tiha NOC restaurant which is approx 100 meter from the restaurant.

it's totally quiet. nice, great view over the rooftops, considering the hotel location is a bit off from Kotor centre.

Definitely the best hotel we stayed in the Balkans! The staff is super nice and polite, the room is very comfortable, clean and has an amazing view. The location is also good, not too close to Kotor Old Town (5 km), which was good in my opinion, because the city center is has too much traffic. The hotel restaurant is also very good (both breakfast and dinner) - a special thanks to Angela who was super helpful, nice and gave us great suggestions for food, drinks and what to do in the city! Me and my wife absolutly loved staying at Adiya!

We stayed at Casa del Mare Mediterraneo in Hegrec Novi. The first good thing was getting to the hotel by ferry or by road with the most beautiful views possible. The size of the rooms was nice. The rooms were very clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, the restaurant is something you should experience in the region. Last but not least for us, the most important feature of such a beautiful hotel was that it was pet friendly. Thank you everyone.

The house was wonderful – cozy, clean, a spacious kitchen with everything needed, a lovely outdoor seating area near pool, and two balconies with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. The location of the house was in the most charming part of the bay – a narrow road winding along the water, small beaches, and lovely stone houses. The old town of Kotor is just a short drive away. Many thanks to the host – we had a very pleasant vocation in your beautiful house :)

Everything - the room, the outside area, the breakfast and the staff

Everything was really good quality wise. Extremely hospitable host. Great vibes. Nice swimming pool, well equipped kitchen. Overall, great experience.

Perfect location with a stunning view, spacious and very comfortable room, very nice hosts, breakfast was served in a lovely place (restaurant) by the sea. We only used the jacuzzi from the facilities and it was great after a long day and climbing on the Kotor fortress. I wish we could stay longer there!

The location was amazing with deck chairs right next to the sea and a pool to cool down. The beds were so comfortable and our room was spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent service. When we had to wait too long for a taxi, their driver took us to the airport to fetch our car hire. Great recommendations for sightseeing and tours. Parking available on the premises.

Location and the view was excellent. It was as beautiful as it appeared in the pictures. Host was a sincere and helpful local guy. There were all the fundamental things like salt, oil, herbs, and kitchen appliances to prepare a meal. There are also home appliances like hair dryer, iron, coffee machine which were working fine which made our stay more comfortable. King size bed was also great as a family with small kids :)
