It was clean and so comfy the location was perfect!

Even though there were problems with the room when we arrived, the friendly and cooperative staff helped us solved all of them.

What a beautiful property among the 500 year old olive trees! The cabins were basic but comfortable with air con and very nice bathrooms, but the grounds, views and pool were spectacular! Breakfast was also excellent.

Perfect service, very professional and friendly staff, the restaurant is excellent, the food is perfect. Every detail is perfectly arranged, from the interior, the garden, the pool to the restaurant and the rooms.

The place is stunning. Away from the crowds and noise, surrounded by olive trees, couldn’t be better placed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and intimate so it really feels like a little paradise. Staff is amazing and was helpful throughout the whole day. The rooms are beautiful, large, and very well maintained. It was cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and bed linen which really shows the care. For a boutique resort also the breakfast offers a great variety, with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, and some things changing from day to day, so there was always something different to enjoy. Everything was well taken care of, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would happily come back.

The rooms are big, city center is near, so you can walk and they have a garage which is greate.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to both the center of Ulcinj and the beautiful Velika Plaža beach, making it perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the beach. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ulcinj. We will definitely be back again!

The pool the room the breakfast everything was top tier. Very clean and very welcoming.

The location is fantastic. It’s a short walking distance from the lovely Small Beach. Seaview rooms have a view to small beach and the sea. It’s so nice the see this when you wake up every morning.

Very good hotel, price and quality meet the requirements. The room's windows overlooked the sea and the pool. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator and a kettle. There is a shop and bakery nearby. Breakfast is good, quite varied and filling. The hotel is located high on the mountain, it’s a bit far to the beach, you’ll have to walk.

We had a wonderful stay and can recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts. The best part was the exceptional hospitality. We received such a warm welcome and were treated with so much kindness and attentiveness throughout our entire stay that we instantly felt right at home. The location is simply perfect: very central, yet pleasantly quiet. It takes only about four minutes to walk to the sea, making everything easily accessible. An absolute highlight is the gorgeous rooftop pool. Not only can you relax and enjoy the sun there, but you can also admire the breathtaking view, which is simply unforgettable, especially at sunset. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and decorated with great attention to detail. Thank you so much to the entire team for a beautiful time. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location with a beautiful panoramic view over the city and the sea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having a parking space is a great advantage as well. I would gladly come back!

Everything was alright and perfect, the rooms was cleaned and so beautiful.The view for the sea its was nice.In the restaurant they cook very great and tasty dinner.
