Quiet location but very close to bars, restaurant and the beach. Beautiful gardens and helpful reception staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here! the room was spacious with a big terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast contained fresh fruits (mango, papaya, banana), pancakes, cakes, which was a nice start of the day for us. The staff was helpful and attentive. Overall nice hotel and good value for money :)

We had a great one night stay at Les bungalows d'Ambonara, quiet location, surrounded by a nice garden, delicious breakfast at the pool, lovely and helpful staff. Can only recommend!

Large clean room with air-conditioning and very comfy bed. Lovely pool area and restaurant. Staff were helpful and friendly (even though I couldn't speak French!) Food was really delicious! Would recommend.

Stunning views, and an extremely kind and hospitable host who helped us at every step of the way. The dogs on the property were also very sweet and made us feel even more secure.

The property surpassed my expectations! It is a hidden gem, nestled away from the hustle and bustle. It feels like a boutique tree house. The rooms are amazing and such good value for money. The lodge offers a generous and delicious breakfast which is the best I’ve had on Nosy Be so far. The property is very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice bungalow with terrace and beautiful view, cooking facilities for a little breakfast or coffee break, family atmosphere, great host, as has already been said, you reach the facility via a steep road of maybe 50 meters, no problem for me, that keeps fit.

Good position, clean, good breakfast, big rooms

Ambalamanga features lovely, clean and spacious houses. The place is very well run and the staff is super friendly and very efficient. The garden is astoundingly beautiful (kudos to the gardener for all the hard work) and the pool is gorgeous. We had an amazing time here. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle of Amabatoloaka not to be disturbed by the noise, while being close enough to enjoy the restaurants (avoid the beach though, and head to Madirokely or better, the Sunset bar further up for a much better experience).
