The service was pleasant from start to finish. We were genuinely impressed that the staff spoke English, which can often be a challenge in Mexico. A big advantage was the option to check in late and check out as late as noon. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was excellent — fresh juice or a fruit plate, coffee, and chilaquiles.

It’s a beautiful hotel which is run by the owners. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and it feels very safe. The hotel itself is full of beautiful details, very Mexican. We were very impressed by the love the owners put into the decoration. We stayed in a room with king size bed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was extremely good, would love to have such a shower at home ;) By taxi it’s between 70-90 pesos to the historical center and it takes less than 10min. We came by car but decided to leave it in the Hotel’s parking lot and moved by taxi instead. The terrace is beautiful, too, and the food they serve on the terrace is delicious! They prepared the chilaquiles for us without any meat/animal product as we’re vegan and instead of the meat they added grilled veggies on top. Was delicious! We can highly recommend staying here.
