I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Metro Clark. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I asked to change my room after check-in, and they immediately accommodated my request without any hassle - truly great service. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. I do want to note that the West Wing looks significantly newer and more modern compared to the East Wing, so if you prefer a fresher design, it's worth requesting a room there. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

I like the hotel overall. The staffs are very approachable. The facilities are very convenient and clean. Very recommendable. The pool is very cozy even its very quite small. And the location is very nice near the restaurant and the church.
