Room is very goof and breakfast is nice and has a vast choices of food to choose from.

Owner lady was very friendly spoke english perfectly. The villa was very spacious with private bathroom and shower. Private garden with bubbler pool and seating area. It was very clean to a high standard. The food options were very generous and fairly priced. The included breakfast was delicious and big portions. All your needs and wants cared. I can only upload so many photos but there was so much beauty to photograph.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very clean and well set out. The owner is just the most wonderful person. She has this unit perfectly set up for an enjoyable stay. There is a water dispenser in the unit so no need to worry about bringing your own. My wife and I will always try to get this unit when visiting Trece Martires in the future.

The place is quite and relaxing. Admin staff and guard were helpful. The owner was very accomodating and if there were queries, she immediately get back to you. The unit itself was nice. Will recommend to relative and friends.

This was my second time booking this unit, and once again, I had a pleasant stay. Fresh towels and house slippers were provided, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. I was expecting complimentary toiletries since they were included during my first stay, but it wasn't a major issue. Basic condiments such as soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, cooking oil, and bagoong were also available for guests' use. The unit was clean, smelled fresh, and provided a comfortable environment for rest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly book this unit again in the future.

The location is perfect! accessible to everything, SM is just across the condo and you can get whatever you needs from there visiting Tagaytay is just close too..Host is very responsive ,considerate and polite. they provide everything for you 😊,all you need is your clothes and of course your food 😁,definitely highly recommended this place if your looking somewhere to stay 😊.
