We were treated well by the staff, the villa was spacious enough for us, and the overall vibe of the place made our mini vacation a memorable one. We found our go-to place to decompress and relax for a bit. Definitely not our last. 😉

I like the atmosphere and the vibes , it’s so calm and very relaxing. Also the staff should all be given “most hospitality award” they make you feel like home , my niece said it’s like staying with our relatives the way they treated us , very attentive and accommodating.

The location is perfect and as a German Born filipino eating at the German owned Eatery called, Leckeres Essen ( Delicious Food ), just around the corner of the Hotel is an extra Bonus. The staff Joy and Grace made an excellent European and Filipino Breakfast which also included the owners home made Marmalade. As far as I remember the owners are from France. The pool is clean and well maintained which is not always the case at a season when there are usually none or only a few guests to expected to be staying.

R&;S Restplace Resort, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Matabungkay, 42 km from Pico de Loro Cove, 42 km from Calaruega, as well as 48 km from Mount Pico De Loro.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who led us to our room. She surprised us with an room upgrade with an incredible beach view. The pool is just great and is by far the best pool I have swam in so far in the Philippines. The food was exceptional and above and beyond what we've expected.

The place is the same as the attached photos. Morning scenery is amazing and relaxing (Mount batulao can be visibly seen). There are no nearby neighbors, perfect for large and loud groups. But since you are alone on the farm, suggesting to bring everything you need (food, condiments, toiletries, etc.). We had fun using karaoke, billiards, and pool. It is worth the price. Ms. Ann and the caretakers are nice and accommodating even if we have lots of questions.
