Amazing place. The quirky rooms are so creative and fun. The beach is world class and the pool is beautiful. Food and service was great and a very relaxed, casual and fun atmosphere whilst still being quiet and beautiful. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive from Bacolod. Travelled 10,000km to get here to meet friends and will come again. Thank you to the Takatuka team for making us so welcome.

The beautifully designed and well-maintained property boasts friendly staff who pay attention to detail and are always available. Their food is served in appropriate portions at a great value for money. The high-quality massage treatments are provided in an exceptional ambience by skilled therapists. The activities are well-thought-through and use properly maintained tools.

The no step layout was great for beach, pool, restaurant and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were attentive and completely on-the-ball. It was like being in a fancy city hotel with great staff that were always ready but never had a bad attitude. Their English was very good and their warmth and genuine concern was the best we have experienced anywhere. I want to list the names of the exceptional ones but I will miss someone since ALL were great from the guard to the houskeeper to the restaurant and office staff. ! The food was really good and the house special pizza as tasty and wholesome as I have had anywhere. This is in the countryside where one expects less things available and the pace slower. We love the location of the property. The serene ambience, the crystal clear blue sea, white sand beach, the peaceful environment especially that we came around this time of the year! We all feel like we rented the whole place for ourselves. It was quiet and exactly the relaxation we all wanted. The staff were all warm, accommodating, always smiling and helpful. People in the restaurant are kind and patient and do offer a lovely service. We like the fresh fruits that they make into juices coz you really know they are fresh as well as the other ingredients they use. Most foods are nice too, not that exceptional, but nice. Housekeeping was great too as they kindly asked us if we wanted a clean up of the room (which we didn’t really mind thinking we aren’t staying long) and they did clean the bathroom nicely and gave us fresh towels and even mats when they noticed we used one towel as one😅). People in the reception as lovely as well, always so kind and gentle whenever we have inquiries and requests. They didn’t have wifi in our room that time but gave us an alternative which was really lovely of them. The whole property itself is lovely, not a lot of grand buildings or such, it felt most like a home in the middle of nowhere kind of thing. We like that loads of trees around and see can be seen wherever you are in the resort. We stayed in the hillside casita as there were 5 of us and we wanted to be in one place altogether. It comes with a mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, utensils and plates and water dispenser and bbq griller outside. Although, apart from the fridge, we haven’t really made use of the amenities since we opted to eat in their restaurant throughout the stay. The property came with hand towels, bath towels, beach towels and bathrobes. We apparently had a complimentary kayak for an hour but didn’t manage to use it as we did one in our Danjugan Tour. We really enjoyed our stay as we love the beach so much and wouldn’t want to leave.

I loved the staff Melba , Well and Nic it was great but as a solo traveler wasted if your a couple wow unbelievable never slept so well and the views

Best place for divers if you are one because the diving spots are near. For those looking for entertainment there isnt any but me and my girlfriend enjoyed the peace and quiet. We also availed the Danjugan Island tour which was also nice.
