The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The TV screen is huge. The beds was very comfortable even the sleeping couch in the living room and it's possible to sleep 2 persons on the couch as well. Another great thing is the parking in the basement, no worries if there is a free public parking anywhere close, just pay and park and use the elevator to the apartment,, very easy.

Although the apartment is only ~40m², it is nicely divided into a small entrance area, living room with kitchen and a separate sleeping room. The balcony is a plus and the free entrance to the swimming pool completes the stay. We were here with our son for a long weekend and it was perfect. Kitchen has everything needed (plates, bowls etc .), even salt, pepper and sugar was there. Washing machine, ironing board, hanger for laundry, spare sheets and pillows and a hair dryer are there. Parking is available at a decent price. Communication with the owner is quick.
