It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The owner showed everything and it felt just like home. I'll be there next time I'll travel to that region. The room was very spacious and the bed superb. There is one TV in the living room near the fireplace that makes the living room very cozy.

Lovely country-side escape. We went as a family, and all loved it for different reasons. The kids enjoyed the activities such as biking within the vineyards and kayaking on the lake while we took in the serenity and setting of this lovely estate which is supported by a friendly and passionate team. The proprietor was one of the most welcoming I have encountered in my 80,000km bicycle ride around the world. Greeting us with “Bring the bicycles inside and store them securely on the patio.” Music to a cyclist’s ears! And very friendly and pointing us to the “best restaurant within 100 kilometers.” True! And, conveniently, 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel was charming and super clean and super comfortable. Loved this beautiful restored old house. Very nondescripive from the outside, but very comfortable and cozy inside. It was kept as true to the original as possible but with the modern comforts such as wonderful hot shower and super comfortable mattress.

Excellent location for relaxing has we wanted,very remote location with very nice swimming pool the access track is fun at least for us it was very friendly guard dog,great restaurants and mini market five minutes away in amareleja village,this is after you done you’re 7 minute track back to main road,there is everything you need like coffee machine,washing machine,dishwasher,toaster all you need to cook lots of glasses cups knifes the only thing you don’t get is the iron and ironing board,very nice price for what you get specially comparing to what is on offer in alentejo will probably come back next year,i m not saying this is for everyones taste but to what we whore looking for it was,thank you Mr.Henrique for the amazing time our family of nine had
