Cleanliness and friendly staff

I was not given the property I originally booked. When I arrived, I called the contact person, who asked me to wait because the property was not ready. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, he sent another person who informed me that the property was unavailable and offered only a one-bedroom property, even though I had booked a two-bedroom property. I contacted the main person again, and he finally arranged another two-bedroom property. However, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The property was not clean, and basic toiletries were not provided. I request Booking.com to verify the actual property details and ensure that customers receive the property they booked. Please double-check listings and property conditions before confirming reservations. Experiences like this seriously affect customer trust, and I am very disappointed. If this happens again, I will reconsider using Booking.com in the future.

it is comfortable and clean. cooking utensils are also provided. fully equipped kitchen. the house is also big.

Very beautiful and clean. One of the best in Al Shafa.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Everything was exceptional—from the cleanliness and comfort to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and made the whole experience feel effortless. A huge shout out to the chef—the food was absolutely outstanding and truly one of the highlights of the stay. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. Overall, an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Five-star experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff really made the difference. thanks to sajib and sarfaraz for being so helpful and kind throughout my visit. I will definitely be

Good ambience and spacious villas. Pool park was awesome for children. Good value for money. Balcony too 👍

The hotel staff were helpful and supportive especially the room support staff (I think his name was Nandu) and at the staff at the reception(Ghala)

Clean and neat room with entertainment hall for children and parking

Overall very good peaceful location and staff Ashraf and his team were very cooperative and available immediately

Everything was Excellent!! Exceeded our expectations!! Would love to come back again soon!

Really beautiful apartment fully equipped. The pool is heated so you can use it at any time. Really nice staff, Abdelrahman has been really nice and helpful. Really good price considering the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Recommended

Enjoyed every hour spent it. The pool was heated, and there was a good-sized courtyard within the villa. The Garden was cozy and there was a small football court. The resort is located in the lap of a hill which gives a beautiful scenic view. Check-in was quick and I requested for late check-out and it was accepted. Checked out at 3 pm. The staff for very supportive especially the cleaning guy Mubeen. Not only did he fetch our cricket ball from the roof, he fried the courtyard which was wet with a slight drizzle. Water park water was not heated and the coffee shop was closed, best option is to take a coffee mix or tea bag and milk and create coffee with electric kettle provided, and enjoy it in the garden while the watching sunset.

Care taker abu abhullha was very good and kimd
