We had a truly phenomenal stay — the location is stunning, the facilities are outstanding, and the service is five-star. It’s the perfect place for both skiing and a relaxing spa getaway. This trip was a birthday treat for my teenage daughter, so proximity to the slopes, a great spa, and instagrammable views were essential. We ended up staying for a week and loved it! Location: Just a 5-minute drive to the Myto slopes and 10 minutes to Jasna/Krupovo, where you can access any part of Jasna via cabin lift. Free shuttle service: Hourly transfers to Myto and back via the hotel’s own fleet, plus morning and afternoon public buses to and from Jasna/Krupovo. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Skiing perks: Complimentary ski pass at the affiliated Myto slope. Excellent rental service with top brands and plenty of options. The ski school instructors are fantastic. There’s also a charming traditional restaurant. The après-ski vibe at weekends is great. Service: Truly five-star at all times. Nothing was ever too much to ask — whether we needed directions, taxi transfers, or room service. Food: Absolutely incredible. High-quality local produce with healthy options (excellent dairy and poultry), and some of the best homemade pastries we’ve ever tasted. Facilities: Separate family floor and an adults-only zone. A large swimming pool, several jacuzzis with breathtaking mountain views, multiple relaxation areas with fireplaces and a serene zen atmosphere. Sauna lovers will be in heaven — hammam, dry Finnish sauna, grotto, igloo, and cold plunge pools. Interior & views: Beautiful design throughout, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby and restaurants. Picture-perfect views from the jacuzzis, terraces, and rooms. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Surrounded by fir trees, the hotel feels like a true winter wonderland. Sports facilities: Technogym equipment, yoga options, table tennis, badminton, and basketball facilities.

Very pleasant and nice owner, many beautiful and interesting places around. Nice tennis field, the pool was cleaned daily.

The breakfast buffet and dinner changed from day to day and were excellent with a variety of choices. On our last night there was not the minimal number of guests needed to offer a full buffet so breakfast was downsized but we could order off the menu and the portions were immense. The pool area was wonderful (loved the lazy river) as was the sauna area which was accessible for a separate fee. Soft music and candles in both the pool and sauna areas made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. North Americans may benefit from being advised in advance that bathing suits are not allowed in the sauna, steam room, or whirlpool tub in the sauna area. There is a lovely walking path along a bubbling brook steps from the hotel. The room was not large but had everything we needed including a mini fridge, and as always I love the fact that hotel windows open in Europe so one can sleep with fresh mountain air.

Everything excellent. One thing worth noting: our room was a decent size, probably double in size to some rooms one has allocated when staying in modern, well known five star hotels.

Perfect new place. Imazing view. Spa on high level with 7 saunas !! Ideal for traveling by car.
